Timothy D. McNair is a Claimants Workers' Compensation Attorney in Erie, Pennsylvania.  He received his B.A. Degree from Allegheny College and his J.D. Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  He has served on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association since 1996 and has served as the Chair of the Workers Compensation Section, as well as belonging to the Workers Compensation and Automobile Law Sections.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice (member Workers Compensation, Civil Rights, Employment Law and Admiralty Law Sections), Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Workplace Injury Litigation Group, Erie County Bar Association (Civil Rules and Workers Compensation Committees).  He serves as the Parliamentarian for the Erie County, Pennsylvania Democratic Committee.
